Information and Reference Department

The Reference Department BG UG provides users with assistance in academic research and offers library training sessions for individual patrons and groups.
Users who are intersted in research methods can broaden range of interests in using traditional and modern information sources, creating subject bibliographies and browsing on line catalogue BG UG more effectively.

The library training also covers the use of electronic resources and other diverse colletion of print. Individual users' meetings are held every Tuesday and Thursady at 1.30 pm- 3pm in the Central Library of University of Gdańsk,Gdańsk Wita Stwosza 52, ground floor, Reading Room 055. Registration for a group library courses are applied from Monday to Friday at 8.30 am to 2.30 pm by phone (+48-58) 523-32-14 or e-mail at : infonauk@bg.ug.gda.pl

Information services performed at the Reference Department are free of charge. Photocopies and scans are charged according to esatblished schedules.
